METHODS OF PAYMENT

Fees are due in full at the start of each term either by cheque, bank transfer (the school's bank details are on the invoice), or over the telephone by debit or credit card (subject to a 2.25% charge). In addition, a particular term's fees can be paid in 4 instalments through our direct debit scheme ("termly plan").

Termly plan

The termly plan is a discretionary arrangement offered on a termly basis to assist you with spreading the cost of school fees. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the terms of the Termly plan by giving you notice in writing before the beginning of any new school term. No agreement for the deferral of future fees will be valid unless it provides for no more than 4 instalments within a 12 month period from the date of the agreement. If you choose to pay a term's fees by instalment, this will be subject to amended invoice terms and conditions.

Direct debit form

Please note that a charge of £35 will be made in respect of any unpresented cheques or returned direct debits. Interest is charged at 1.5% per month on all outstanding balances (other than those parents in the termly plan).

Advanced payment of fees

We do offer an advanced payment of fees scheme which offers a discount for parents paying several years fees in advance. Please contact Nicola Prosser on 0117 965 3376 or at nicolaprosser@colstons.bristol.sch.uk for further details.
