On Sunday September the 11th five members of staff and six-sixth formers will be running the Bristol Half Marathon in aid of the Dolphin Society. This is an ancient society with strong links to the school and supported, in recent years, by Dolphin House. The Dolphin Society supports elderly or disabled people in the Bristol area, giving them the opportunity to live in their own homes when they might not otherwise have had the choice.
Whilst Deputy head Mr Mardle has been a regular runner of the Bristol Half some of the staff and all of the Dolphin House pupils will be running it for the first time.

Jack Wilson-Patel, Kirby Malone (House Captains), Ross Ollerenshaw, Alice Walker, James Dawe and Ben Moore (Head of School) would all welcome your support. Staff running will be Mrs Ward, Mr Calder, Ms McGregor, Mr Mardle and Mr Kaye, Head of Dolphin House, who will be running/crawling the half in a Dolphin suit.
