This year the Year 6 play saw a group of interview candidates looking back with nostalgia at their school days.
Alex, Fenella, Oliver and Isaac gave a strong lead as the narrators, whilst everyone else portrayed Pre-Prep and Junior children, parents and teachers. The first day at school, learning to tell the time, being sent to the headteacher, the egg and spoon race at sports day and school clubs all featured – much to the amusement and delight of the audience.
This lovely production was directed by Mrs Webley and Mr Watts, Miss Jones ensured that there was strong singing throughout, Mr George saw to the excellent scenery and Mrs Aspden and Mrs Kinsey Senior were in charge of the wardrobe. A real team effort!
