Reception Ashton Court Trip
We had a fantastic day out at Ashton Court. Our focus this term has been ‘Minibeasts’ and we thought that Ashton Court was the perfect place for our bug hunt. Everyone enjoyed exploring the woods for minibeasts and also collecting natural objects to create our own interpretations of minibeasts. Mr Weavers led the day and told us lots of bug stories. We even camouflaged ourselves and crept up on the teachers. Best of all we liked cartwheeling down the hill with Mrs Shafi.
‘I liked it when I climbed in the woods to find beetles and I liked putting mud on my face.’ Max Cook
