Bath & District Schools Cricket League

Saturday 10th May
The 1st XI registered their first victory of the season with a top performance against Monmouth School. Colston's scored 143, skipper Daniel Vaughan the top scorer with 71. Monmouth were then skittled out for 57: Ryan Westren took 4-21, Matthew Crawford 3-11 and Ankit Desai 3-11.

Many of the matches against Monmouth were rain affected but the Under 13s had a good win. Monmouth were restricted to 99-8 in 30 overs and Colston's reached their target with 12 overs and 6 wickets to spare.

Thursday 8th May

The 1st XI's season eventually got under way with a creditable performance against the MCC. The MCC scored 199-7 (Chris Phillips had the best figures of 3-53).

Colston's were 129 all out. There were encouraging batting performances from Cameron Bracewell (32) and Russell Baker (41).

Thursday 1st May
The match against Monkton Combe was also called off due to rain. It is hoped to re-arrange this fixture. This match is part of the Bath and District Schools League. Details of this league.

Tuesday 29th April
After weeks of fine weather the 1st XI's first match against the XL Club was called off because of rain.
