In addition to P.E. lessons there are three afternoons of Junior sport each week, with each child in the Juniors taking part in two. They take part in team games such as rugby, hockey, and cricket for the boys; and netball hockey and rounders for the girls. The children also have the opportunity to participate in sports such as swimming, athletics, tennis and badminton.

SkiBlog

Tuesday 19th February: We are almost half way through our weeks skiing and the weather continues to be hot and sunny - not a cloud in sight.
The resort has excellent runs and the children are all thoroughly enjoying their experiences. Our instructors are proficient and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Food is variable but quite adequate, and at times, particularly tasty.
Ice skating today after skiing and pizza evening tomorrow. Regards from us all in sunny Bormio.

Sunday 17th February: Great journey here with no problems and have settled into the hotel on the piste. Weather today has been absolutely gorgeous with blue skies and hot sunshine. The children had a great time on the slopes and the beginners have mastered a carpet lift and have come down the nursery slope in one piece. No internet connection at Bormio 2008 but will send an update when we go down into the town. Regards from us all on the ski trip - the children say hello.
