‘Lucy Xu, 8C, has shown strong creative and design understanding whilst producing her photo frame. From start to finish Lucy has been working her hardest for this project, which her outcome clearly demonstrates. She has paid close care and attention to detail, right down to the eskimo’s suit buttons. Well done Lucy!’

‘Sophie Reed, 8C, was the first student in her class to finish her picture frame this week, due to her commitment to the project and the care and attention she gave her work. She has created a gift-shaped photo frame, using plastic and craft foam for detail. Sophie is always hardworking and has been a pleasure to have in the workshop! We look forward to seeing more of her work in future projects.’

‘Abu-Bakr has created extremely professional looking piece of packaging for part of his GCSE Graphics work. He has paid close attention to detail, and has carefully constructed and designed the packaging, to such a level that we believe it would not look out of place on a shop’s shelf! A great start to GCSE Graphics, and we look forward to seeing what else Abu-Bakr creates over the next year.’ |

Peter Miller 9C
Peter Miller of 9C has produced a very detailed pewter pendant, for his dog ‘Percy’. The inscription of the name is crisp and clear, and there has been a lot of effort and attention to detail demonstrated throughout the whole process of making the pendant. We’re all sure his dog will love his new accessory!
